IMPORTANCE: If you want to cancel a Class or Personal Training, do it 12 h before the training. Otherwise, the training will be counted as held.

The Wunda Chair is a unique piece of equipment that offers a full-body challenge. Chair exercises are a great way to strengthen core muscles, for balance/balance, build strength and coordination. Working with the resistance of the springs, you intensely engage your deep muscles and strengthen your entire body, developing flexibility and movement control.

Pilates Spine Corrector
