My goal is not only to promote your physical activity, but also to teach you regularity and build positive habits that will affect all areas of your life. Whether you exercise online or stationary in Tønsberg, my sessions are tailored to your needs. A special place in the offer is the “Pilates Mamma” course – created with moms in mind. I also organize workshops and provide support in our Facebook community to make movement a part of your everyday life.

Without letting go of the regularity of movement, we train wherever you are. During the sessions we tailor the exercises to your needs, goals and fitness level. Workouts are arranged individually after prior consultation.

The “Pilates Mamma” video course is a comprehensive training program dedicated to pregnant women and moms who want to take care of their bodies both during pregnancy and after childbirth. The program combines safe Pilates techniques with knowledge of the needs of the female body at each stage of motherhood.

Who is this course for?
  • Pregnant women, who want to actively prepare their bodies for childbirth, improve their well-being and alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts (back pain, swelling, muscle tension).
  • Moms after childbirth, who want to regenerate the body, strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and deep muscles, improve posture and get back into shape in a safe way.
