They were aimed both at individuals who want to take care of their backs, and at trainers and instructors who want to enrich their workshop with new, effective techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the theoretical part, participants explored the anatomy of the spine, its mechanics and the most common problems related to pain, stiffness or movement limitations. We also touched on injury prevention and the role of mobility and stability in maintaining back health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the practical part of the workshop, participants learned a variety of mobility and spinal stabilization exercises inspired by Pilates and mobility techniques. The classes focused on improving range of motion, strengthening deep muscles and working on conscious posture.
