The “Spine Mobility” workshop was a comprehensive three-hour meeting that combined theory and practice, focusing on the health and functionality of the spine. It was aimed at both individuals who want to take care of their backs, as well as trainers and instructors who want to enrich their workflow with new and effective techniques.
During the theoretical part, participants explored the anatomy of the spine, its mechanics and the most common problems related to pain, stiffness or movement limitations. We also touched on injury prevention and the role of mobility and stability in maintaining back health.
In the practical part of the workshop, participants learned a variety of mobility and spinal stabilization exercises inspired by Pilates and mobility techniques. The class focused on improving range of motion, strengthening deep muscles and working on conscious posture. It was a great opportunity for trainers to learn how to incorporate these elements into their classes, adding variety to their workouts and supporting the health of their charges.
The workshop was a great combination of learning and movement, offering participants knowledge and skills that can be used both in their careers and in their daily lives.
